I’m a piece of art

This Monday the IB3 art students opened up their final art exhibition in school so of course I had to go check it out. A couple of weeks back, my friend Lisa had shocked me by telling me that she was working on a piece in which I was the object. I didn’t believe it at first, but then she said that that piece was going to be in the exhibition so I could go see it with my own eyes. And I did. And it really was me. I have a piece of art that is of me! :D

H&M spring collection 2011

The weather in Sweden is always a bit screwed up, and especially during the “spring months”. You just never know when there might arrive a snowstorm that stays for 24 hours and then starts melting away :o (Exactly what happened this Monday.) However, I’d like to believe that the “real spring” has come to stay and therefore I totally fell in love with H&M’s spring collection.

Well-rested

Man how tired I was yesterday. After my dear friend Shilan’s belated birthday dinner, I went home directly to book the ticket that I was supposed to book yesterday, but lucky as I was, internet didn’t want to work, which meant that there was no other option than to wait for today…Maybe that was good in a way anyway, since I have slept like a baby (went to bed at 10 last night! ^^) and therefore have my thoughts more rationalized (at least I like to think so, hehe).

Now I’m going to head to school for some lunch and history with my one and only miss B.

Job hunting

Job hunting is fun when you are motivated but it sure takes a lot of time. Considering the hours I've spent googling and sending emails back and forth, I better get a freaking job this summer. ^^

I love Bruno Mars

I say that I love Bruno Mars but to be honest I've never really listened to any f his songs that are not on his latest album Doo Wops & Hooligans (besides Billionare of course). However, after YouTubing him today, I can actually say that I am pretty sure that I love him. His music is awesome. :)

Poor nose

Every class I have to go blow my nose two or three times. If it continues like this, I will not have one left by the end of the weekend. Seriously.

I hate colds. They are always so unexpected. One morning you just wake up and realize that you can barely breathe due to the snot in your nose. Yuck.

After my one and only lesson for today, I'm going home to rest. Hopefully enough of sleep, Fisherman's Friends, and hot honey water will heal me till the weekend.

Welcoming spring

Ever since Friday the sun has been shining every single day so yesterday when I was lucky enough to get home early, I decided that it was time to go add some garments to my wardrobe. But due to the fact that my wallet isn’t as loaded with cash as I would have wanted it to be (and the fact that I don’t have a rich boyfriend that can buy me stuff :o), my only option was to go to my favorite of all favorites store - H&M. Not that I complain though. How can you not love H&M? ;)

Saturday's Eye-Candys

For the first time in more than a year I am watching Melodifestivalen. Just because both Danny Saucedo and Eric Saade are in the final. HOT STUFF indeed.

I've got a ticket!

After a wild & rather rough night out with the girls, I spent the majority of the morning queuing for a ticket to the graduation party at Flustret on the 1st of June. Nevertheless, now I have one of the “golden ticket”, hihi. ^^

Busy day

Although I have no school today, I have a fully booked schedule so I better start working. There are CVs that have to be translated, jobs that have to be hunted, universities that have to be looked up, money that has to be transferred, friends that need to be chilled with…

Chocolat

Three weeks after borrowing Chocolat from my friend Shilan I have finally seen it. It was a rather good movie I must say, however, I still cannot say that I find Johnny Depp hot. I don't know, it's something about his hair and stiff features that don't really fit into Sandra's sphere of eye-candy...

The "OMG. He's. So. Freaking. Hot." scene that all of my friends talked about...didn't work for me, haha.

Good start

Wohoo! Finally this day has come. The last day of mocks.

I only have a test in ESS (Environmental Systems & Societies) this morning and then my weekend starts. :)

My hair already has some natural curls to it, but when I woke up this morning even I was a bit shocked over the curliness of it. My reaction was the same as my friend Bianca’s: damn girl, what happened here? :p

Good morning sunshines!

Gaah, I don’t know where to start. I’m just so filled with joy right now, haha. Oké, background info first. So as I mentioned before, my friend Lisa went down to Belgium two weeks ago and handed out my CV to a bunch of places. But, as I wanted to do something on my own as well, I decided to email my resume and stuff to different stores in Antwerp, and last night when I was checking my inbox one of the stores had replied!

They said that they had found my CV very interesting and that they would like to meet me for an interview within the next few weeks if it would be possible. Oké I haven’t got the job yet, but HAAAAAPPYYYYY! :D

I can’t wait to break the news to the girls today :)

The last one

Although I have eaten too many semlor already, I had to squeeze in a big one after dinner just because it is fettisdagen (fat Tuesday is the funny translation, haha) today. The last one for this year. Now I have to start preparing for beach 2011. Haha. ^^

I should be sleeping right now since I have tons of work ahead of me tomorrow but for some reason I can’t. Instead I am skimming through previous blog posts, haha. I must admit though that if I wouldn’t have had this blog, I wouldn’t remember half of the things I do during a week’s time! :p

Plans of today

Now I’m heading to school for my last exam this week. Positive thinking and I’ll be fine. Sort of, haha.

After that my plan is to meet up with mum & sis in town to look at a pair of chinos and have lunch. Sounds like a pretty awesome Friday from my point of view. :)

Lots of time

I must say that now when I have restricted myself to only one hour of Facebooking per day, I have so much time…to study. Oké, I have time for other things too but studying is literally what I spend most of my time doing. Seriously, I don’t think I have studied this much since…year, 2 and that was a long time ago. :o

Though, today it’s already Thursday, which means that the first week of mocks soon is over. Woop woop! ^^

The big question

I’ve just squeezed in a big bowl of noodles, chocolate and a bowl of ice-cream. Now the question is, am I pregnant or is this just a way of procrastinating instead of finish reading the 5 kg history book waiting for me in the couch?
